With 7+ years as an industry expert, training in some of Boston's well known clubs, to running his own fitness studio formerly known as "DreamFit Boston", he has now taken his services mobile! I always said “I’d NEVER compete in Bodybuilding”

So one day catching a Celtics vs Hawks game at a bar with a friend from Atlanta it struck me! My buddy didn’t have not one drink. I was perplexed, I mean I get it we are both fitness buffs. Constantly in the gym and although I live, eat, and breathe fitness I treat myself from time to time with a cold one. He explained that he was getting ready for a Men’s Physique show and he couldn’t deviate from his regiment. In the midst of trash talking and cold beers I realized that I wanted to challenge myself to perform at a higher standard. Yeah I’d have abs from time to time and I was super fit but I wanted it! Four years later and four competitions later I found one of my true loves. Although I am not in competition year round (that would be stressful lol) it is something that drives me and pushes be to be better!

My approach is far from one size fits all, if you are ready for the challenge then I am coming at you with everything I have, if your new to fitness expect a holistic and nurturing approach.
