💫There are so many factors that at times can impede on having a good Squat. Tight or weak calves can be one of the main culprits. That’s why training, stretching, and foam rolling them properly can be a huge benefit! Think about it, some of us are standing, walking, or even running all day: It’s only natural they can become tight from that sort of muscle abuse. This is the “Law of Repetitive Motion”
So ideally we want to address those issues before we throw you directly into some Squats to get you prepared. Without that you’ll just be contributing to creating faulty movement patterns within your squat form for life!
